Welcome! This is where you begin your journey with us, moving gently into wholeness.
You’ve already had a 20-minute or so visit to see if working together seems like it could be a good fit. I hope you are feeling encouraged by the possibility of moving into a place of greater health and balance. That is what I see down the road for you!
Here is where you’ll register for the various steps of our programs.
Generally speaking, here’s how it goes. You sign up from this page. Once I receive a notice of your registration, then I’ll contact you (usually by email) to schedule. You should normally expect to hear from me with scheduling options within two business days.
Health History Review Session
Register for the health history review session when you’re ready to get started. We’ll review the health history survey you’ve completed and discuss an initial program strategy.
This talk is one of my favorite parts of the program. It’s where we start getting acquainted; start piecing the puzzle together; figure out the direction we’ll be heading.
Expect to spend about an hour and a quarter on the phone (or Zoom / Skype) for this call. I’ll follow up with written notes on our plan so you can review them before you take your next step.
You’ll have several options after completing this session:
- You may move into the Heart Of Wellness program, where we’ll run two or more lab tests and get your program started.
- You may opt to start with just a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, reserving further testing until after we see what we learn from that lab test.
- You may hold off on working together for a while. Sometimes people want to think things over or finish up something they’re already in process with. That’s fine. You won’t have any further obligation than the one session.

Heart Of Wellness Initial Consultations
This is where you’ll register for your lab test result / recommendation consultations. We work on an individualized program basis, a la carte. This puts you in the driver’s seat, which you’ll find is a recurring theme in our work together. I’m supporting you in becoming your own health advocate.
You’ll find the detail on the lab tests we plan to run on the plan notes I send you after your Health History Review call. The main thing you need to know is how many tests you’re registering for. There are links below for one test or two tests. If your program calls for three or more tests, then select “continue shopping” when you get to the cart and go back for another one.
This registration fee covers my time spent on your behalf getting your test kits arranged, receiving results from the lab, reviewing the results, creating an individualized protocol for you based on what we find, reviewing that protocol with you by phone / zoom / Skype or in person (generally 1-1/4 hrs), and answering your email questions related to getting onto the program successfully for a period of 4 weeks following our consultation meeting. You’ll pay an additional fee to the lab for their part separately at the time you submit your kit.
Once I receive the notice of your registration, I’ll work with you on arrangements for you to receive your test kits so you can get started. You can generally expect to hear from me within two business days.

Progress Check Calls
Here’s where you register for a Progress Check call. We’ll talk about the frequency that might work best for you on progress checks. Ultimately, though, this is up to you. In general, I find that at the beginning, about twice per month is helpful. As you become more comfortable in your program, once per month is often enough, unless something unexpected happens.
Progress Check Calls are 1/2 hour.
There are two main things we address in the Progress Check calls:
- Any tweaks we may need to make in your program itself to optimize results (say, if a certain supplement isn’t working for you the way we hoped it might, or if your symptoms change unexpectedly).
- Lifestyle and mindset considerations. Gently shifting your nervous system back into the creative / restorative place that lends itself to healing is essential for the healthful outcome you desire. It can take a bit of practice, and perfection is not required. We’ll start where you are and gently move in the direction you want to go.
Once I receive a notice of your registration, then I’ll contact you (usually by email) to schedule. You should normally expect to hear from me with scheduling options within two business days.
Progress Check Call $60 (1/2 hour)
Heart of Wellness Retest Consultations
After you’ve been on your program for a while (varies by the test and your situation) we’ll want to retest and see objectively where things are headed. We can then either tweak your program, move on to another stage, or shift you into a “maintenance” phase, depending on the situation.
Select this option if you are running the SAME TEST for a second or more time. If you are registering for a test you haven’t run before, be sure to select the initial test section above ^^.
As with the initial tests, this fee covers my time spent on your behalf arranging for test kits, reviewing results, making individualized recommendations, reviewing the recommendations with you, and supporting your email questions about getting onto the program for 4 weeks following the consult. A review call is generally about 1 hour. As with the initial tests, you’ll pay the lab’s processing fee separately when you submit your kit.
