Health History – Functional Health Consultation

Case review $90
This is the session where we review your history and goals in a phone or Zoom session and together develop an initial strategy. As we talk through these pieces, usually more details emerge. This is a 1 hour session, in which we review the health history form you have filled out and returned. If it’s necessary for me to review additional material (beyond the health history form) before the call, then there will be an added charge for the time required.

Foundation program — two lab tests $570
This includes the research, recommendations, and consultations for a beginning program based on the results from two functional lab tests. We frequently start with a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (along with blood labs if they can be obtained) and GI Map (Diagnostic Solutions) or DUTCH hormone panel, although in certain cases it may make sense to choose something different. It really is individual. Package includes two 75 minute initial consultations and one hour of support (generally two 30 minute progress check calls). You are responsible for scheduling the progress check calls. In addition, you will pay the labs directly for their processing of their tests.

Introduction program – one lab test $345
This includes the research, recommendations, and consultation for an introductory program based on the results of one functional lab test (plus blood labs if available). Package includes one 75 minute consultation and one hour of support (generally two 30 minute progress check calls). You are responsible for scheduling the progress check calls. In addition, you will pay the lab directly for their processing of their test.

Continuing program – single test or retest $195
Add a single test consultation (research, recommendations, 1 hour consultation) to your program. Either an additional “first test” or a retest. In addition, you pay the lab’s processing fee.

Add a package of three 30-minute progress check phone or Zoom sessions to support your progress. You are responsible for scheduling these calls.
