Local driving directions
The main north / south route
through Minot is US 83, also known as Broadway. We are located
in the city's southwest quadrant. We're two blocks west
of Broadway, between 11th Avenue SW and 14th Avenue SW, at
approximately the level of the Simonson station and Tractor Supply.
From the south (Bismarck,
Route 2 & 52 Bypass): From South Broadway, turn west (left)
on 14th Avenue SW. Travel 2 blocks west to 4th Street SW and
turn north (right). Travel one block north to the intersection
of 13th Avenue SW. Our drive is on your right, directly across
from the dead-end of 13th Avenue SW. You will be in a
residential area. You will not see our buildings from the
street, but rather a long asphalt driveway marked by a yellow sign
with the numbers "1225" on it. Please turn in.
From the north (Airport,
Minot AFB, Burdick Expressway): From South Broadway, turn
west (right) on 11th Avenue SW (at the Norwegian cultural center).
Travel 3 blocks west to 5th Street SW and turn south (left). If
you miss the turn at 5th Street, just continue to 6th Street SW
(traffic light). Travel 2 blocks south to 13th Avenue SW and
turn east (left). Travel 1 block east (2 blocks from 6th
Street). 13th Avenue SW will dead-end into our drive.
Proceed across 4th street into a long asphalt driveway marked by a
yellow sign with the numbers "1225" on it. You will be in a
residential area. You will not see our buildings from the
street.
From Dakota Square Mall:
Return to South Broadway and follow directions for "From the South."
South Broadway is east of the mall and can be accessed from 31st Ave
SW (south of the mall), Route 2 & 52 Bypass (stay in right lane), or
20th Ave SW (go north across the highway, then turn right).
If your appointment is with
Elizabeth, please enter the garage entrance, proceed upstairs to
the studio, and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area.
You will encounter two friendly cats and a gate designed to keep them
(not you) out of the second floor area. Just move the gate to
pass through and replace it to keep the cats downstairs. If you
are planning to see Elizabeth and are unable to comfortably walk up a
flight of stairs or pass through an area containing two friendly cats,
please let us know so that we can schedule you in the other room.
